Returns
We accept the return of products that are in their original condition. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items unless the return is due to a product defect. Please contact customer service for an RMA# info@windconesales.com.
Product Guarantee
Windcone Sales Company, LLC guarantees that our products will have a 2 year shelf life when stored in a cool, dry and dark location as exposure to moisture, heat and light will degrade our products over time. Once installed in the field, we cannot guarantee or warranty the life of our products due to the varied and often extreme weather conditions in which our products are placed.
Manufacturer Product Certification
Windcone Sales Company, LLC certifies that our 18" and 36" diameter windsocks meet FAA specifications for fabrication set forth in FAA Advisory Circular No. 150/5345-27E (other sizes not addressed in this circular). Other sizes are manufactured comparably. All windsock units are manufactured and assembled in the United States of America using the best material available and quality workmanship.
